I’m passionate about supporting families through all stages of their breastfeeding journey. It would be my honor to be a part of yours.
How I Help
Prepare
While pregnant you receive one-on-one education on breastfeeding essentials with opportunities to practice, ask questions, and strategize in preparation for baby's arrival. Inviting family members and support persons is encouraged at no extra cost.
Assess
After baby arrives, we evaluate a feeding to ensure all is progressing well, optimizing for a full milk supply, a full baby, and a cared for mom. We also address common concerns such as sore nipples, plugged ducts, and mastitis. Care plans are sent to you and a summary report to the pediatrician.
Evolve
You are supported through your entire breastfeeding journey, including when you are returning to work and when you decide to wean. We navigate it all together.

About Me
I am an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a passion for helping women troubleshoot breastfeeding challenges so they can enjoy their breastfeeding experience. My goal is to provide comforting, empowering, and skilled breastfeeding support to the families who trust me with their care.
What is an I.B.C.L.C?
IBCLCs are experts in anticipating, preventing, and troubleshooting breastfeeding issues. Studies find that early support from an IBCLC can improve breastfeeding outcomes. My Specialized knowledge is trusted by Obstetricians, Pediatricians and other health care professionals World-Wide.
